TERMS
Due to certain conditions some items temporally may not be available to ship same day in that case we will advise you of the
date the item should ship and give the option to cancel the order, leave the charge active or credit the charge card and bill it

OPENING AN ACCOUNT
To establish an open account with us, just give us a call; we will gladly open an account for
you after we receive the proper credit application information. We require bank and three trade
references. Please feel free to fax this to us at 630-766-1551. We also accept these major credit
cards: MasterCard-Visa-Discover-American Express.
FREIGHT POLICIES
All non-UPS able items will be shipped via common carrier from one of our 31 nearest regional
warehouses. You are welcome to call for a freight quote at 800-732-9336. 98% of our stock orders
ship within 24 hours.
PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS
All prices on the website reflect the Buyer’s net cost in U.S. currency. Prices do not include
freight, applicable federal, state and local taxes, charges and duties. Buyer shall pay all such
cost. Prices, Colors and Specifications are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to
these terms and conditions. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Your credit card will show a charge from Interstate Wrapping Products.
RETURNS
All returns must get RGA number before return will be accepted, and returns are sent back
to warehouse from where they shipped. Please call customer service at 800-732-9336 to get an
RGA number.
Customers Choice for any reason - 15% restocking fee.
No returns allowed over 30 days.
All machine sales are final and subject to manufacturer warranties.
No returns allowed on discontinued, special order or non-stock items.
Returns of replacement parts will incur a $25.00 restocking charge.
Customer is responsible for freight on return merchandise.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If
damage has occurred, buyer should refuse the delivery and call IWP immediately at 800-732-9336.
